Every item is treated according to its fabric type and care label instructions to help preserve the quality, feel and longevity of your garments. Our experienced team carefully inspects each piece before cleaning and can assess stain removal, mould treatment and other specialised treatments where required. We will always provide honest advice about the likely results before proceeding.
While we take every possible care during the cleaning process, some fabrics may be too delicate, aged or worn to safely withstand treatment. In these cases, we will communicate openly and guide you through the best available options.
Our standard turnaround time is approximately 3 days. As dry cleaning demand is not as frequent as it once was, orders are processed in carefully managed batches to maintain efficiency and quality. During busier periods, turnaround times are often even quicker.
Whether you need occasional dry cleaning or regular garment care, our team is always here to provide friendly, reliable service you can trust.
Traceability
We are able to track the dry cleaning items that we receive, or bulk items such as bag washes. The dry cleaning items are the only items individually tagged. As for the bag wash, we tag the actual bags of the bag wash, but not the individual items inside.
